Christine Balaz

Visit the vast open lands and widely varied terrain of Utah. Tall mountain peaks, broad valleys, high plains, many varieties of desert—Utah’s landscapes are as dynamic as its recreation options.

Christine Balaz grew up in Bozeman, MT, has lived in London and Berlin, and has traveled extensively for educational, recreational, and athletic pursuits. Balaz now lives in Salt Lake City. An avid rock climber, skier, and cyclist, she is the author of Salt Lake City, Park City, Provo & Utah’s High Country Resorts (Countryman).
