Celebrating America's Love of Food
The Editors of Relish
Introduction by Jill Melton
A celebration of America’s favorite home-cooked dishes
from the nation’s largest-circulation food magazine
Relish celebrates America’s love of food and the people, places, and traditions that make our food great. From the farmers who grow our food to the chefs who cook it, from regional classics to new ethnic favorites, from the best gadgets in the kitchen to the best new cookbooks, Relish has it covered.
Striving to get readers back in the kitchen and around the table, Relish is a celebration of the nation’s food traditions. The Best of Relish Cookbook features regional dishes such as New Mexico’s posole, Texas sheet cake, California’s Cobb salad, and Pennsylvania’s shoo-fly pie; in addition to dishes that reflect the melting pot we truly are: Vietnamese pho, tabbouleh, and risotto.
Relish is the nation’s largest monthly food magazine with distribution in more than 500 newspapers to 15 million readers.
